BHB completed the third round of medicine dispenser training on GPP and achieved the target

From 2019 to 2024, BHB exceeded its target of training 14,000 medicine dispensers, with a total of 14,129 medicine dispensers as of April 2024. BHB organized an experience-sharing workshop on 28 April 2024 for the training coordinator and associates. The event explored many valuable insights and experiences to better understand the training program’s impacts. The last 8,758 participants were trained online; so, our training team had to build their IT capacity including the use of smartphones; creating user accounts in Gmail, ZOOM, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc., and using these tools skilfully; and orientation on software tools and BHB platforms such as the ADLRS, Pharmacy Management Software (PMS), eLearning platform, Facebook page, YouTube, web portal, etc.).
