BHB’s training program for Grade C Pharmacy Technicians ran from August 21, 2021 to January 3, 2022—exceeding the target of 3,000 participants. The number of participants who completed the training was 3,649 (98% male) with a 5% drop out. BHB tested the trainees before and after the course: out of a score of 50, the pre-test score was 30.3 and the post-test score was 37.4, which was a significant increase (p<0.000).
