BHB holds experience-sharing events on its eLearning platform

The Better Health in Bangladesh (BHB) project runs an eLearning platform that allows medicine dispensers employed in retail medicine shops to update and refresh their knowledge. On 25 May 2023 and 31 May 2023, BHB organised two online experience-sharing events with course participants to collect their feedback. The participants recommended holding one hour-long online live training each month where they can directly interact with the tutor to better grasp the contents and update their knowledge on Good Pharmacy Practices (GPP), providing more contents in Bengali language, providing the quizzes and questions after each lesson rather than at the end of the course, using the course participants’ mobile number as their user ID, enabling first and last names in course participants’ registration, distributing course completion certificates through WhatsApp, and holding this kind of meeting after lunch time or from 4:30 to 5:50 pm. The recommendations are, no doubt, good insights for BHB about how it can improve its eLearning course, so will explore the recommendations’ technical feasibility, and implement them, as possible.
