BHB has continued its IT support to the DGDA including website content uploads, end-user assistance, troubleshooting for both software and hardware, network maintenance, system security monitoring, data backups and recovery, as well as collaboration and technical support for the Automated Drug Licensing and Renewal System and the Pharmacy Management Software.
An overview follows:
- Website content management: 363 updates and uploads to the DGDA website as well as adding a new service box and updates to file and page content.
- Software maintenance and support: Support provided to 98 Pharmacy Management Software users and 72 Automated Drug Licensing and Renewal System users.
- Hardware assistance: 53 instances of hardware and network support provided to DGDA officials.
Meeting and training support: IT support for 16 DGDA meetings and training sessions.
